According to article 13 of the Privacy Code, the Fondazione Casa di Enzo Ferrari Museum (hereafter, Fondazione) supplies the following information:

1. General aims of processing
   All personal data acquired and/or requested, will be processed to satisfy your requests, for the correct carrying out of any administrative and legal purposes, and, consequently, to verify the correct carrying out of those obligations by the Fondazione and to permit the best possible service of those activities most closely connected to the business purpose by the Fondazione itself. With the aim of starting up and perfecting an eventual contact/relationship the conferral of data is compulsory for points a) and b); in the case of refusal, therefore, it will not be possible to start up any contact/relationship with the interested party.
2. Processing methods
   Data may be processed by appropriate methods and tools to guarantee confidentiality and may be carried out by electronic or automated means (network data processing systems not accessible to the public) and by non-automated means (paper-based archives), both protected by adequate security measures, such as personalised passwords offering exclusive access, personal identity codes and limited access to the archives, as foreseen and regulated by articles 31 to 36 included of the Code and always in compliance with article 11 of the Code. At the beginning or during the continuation of the contact/relationship, as well as the processing of your personal data, following any indication by you or elaboration of documents passed to us, the Fondazione might find data that is defined by law as sensitive (data that could reveal your racial or ethnic origins, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, belonging to political parties, trade-unions, associations or organisations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade-union nature, as well as personal data that could reveal your health situation or sexual life). The processing of such data by the Fondazione may come about, only with your prior written consent.
3. Communication of data
   Any personal data supplied may be communicated by the Fondazione:
   A) Only with your specific written consent, revocable at any time, your personal data (not sensitive) will be inserted into the lists of the Fondazione to be able to receive the newsletter, informative, advertising and promotional material pertaining to the institutional activities of the Fondazione itself also by third parties.
   B) Only with your prior specific consent, revocable at any time, your personal data (not sensitive) may be used with the aim of creating statistics exclusively for internal use: in no way will your data, aggregated in this way, be communicated and/or diffused abroad.
   
   In no way will your data be transferred abroad.
